- Regular and proper maintenance (see after care instructions).
- Regular refills (for excellent results, we recommend refill appointments be scheduled for either every 2 but no more than 3 weeks apart (ask about discounted refill package).

Please keep in mind that if you arrive to your appointment with eye make up on this may extend the length of your appointment time as it may take 15-30 minutes (depending on how much is applied) to thoroughly remove the eye makeup.

The answer is NO. The process should be painless and most customers fall asleep during it all.
You may resume normal activities 24 hours after your appointment that includes initial full set as well as regular refills. Just keep in mind that extensive and excessive exposure to oil-based products, heat and water might compromise the life of your eyelash extensions.
Proper maintenance is the key to fight irritations, allergies and redness of your eyes (also see “Aftercare instructions”. We recommend you wash your eyelashes everyday with warm water (avoiding hot water).
Yes, absolutely. We recommend non oiled-based products for eye liners and shadows. Oil-based products, especially waterproof mascara, should be avoided as they might compromise the life of your extensions. The number one benefit of eyelash extensions is to eliminate mascara in the morning on the daily basis.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy? You are required to notify us your cancellation of appointment by text, phone or email 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid 50% of the service scheduled.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of making the FULL SET or REFILLS FOR NEW CUSTOMER appointment. If the appointment is re-scheduled or cancelled 24 hours before the appointment, you are entitled to apply the $50 deposit towards the next appointment. However, this does not apply to "no shows". In another words, the deposit is forfeited in the event of "no shows".
